1. Children will attend the Divine Liturgy beginning at 10:00 a.m. every Sunday.  They will remain in church until Holy Communion and then proceed to their classes for instruction.  Church school ends at 12:30 p.m.

2. Please make every effort to attend Divine Liturgy with your children  DO NOT DROP THEM OFF AT THE DOOR AND LEAVE.

3. Prepare so they may frequently receive Holy Communion.

4. In the spirit of modesty and propriety, you should encourage the children to wear church clothes, or their “Sunday Best”.

5. Please do not allow your children to bring electronic devices and toys to  Church.

6. Girls should not wear lipstick when receiving communion

7. Early dismissal is not allowed unless written permission has been given to the teacher prior to the beginning of class

8. Parents will be notified of any issues with the children.  Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

How you can help your children

· Set time aside each day to pray and give thanks to our Heavenly Father and ask for His assistance.

· Read the Holy Scriptures daily so you will have a better understanding of God and His love for your children.

· Take an interest in your child’s Sunday Church school work.  Discuss the lessons after church, while they are still fresh in their minds, preferably on the way home from church.

· We encourage children to attend Church School every Sunday.  At the end of the school year, children will be rewarded for “perfect attendance”.

Work with your children to grow in Christ.  Show them that you care and when they see you care, they will care too.
